Written approval must be obtained from the department, college, and registration office after presenting CSU admission and visa documents.
Pay all outstanding financial obligations before departure and obtain clearance from the library and other relevant university offices.
Students are not permitted to register for any courses at HU during their study period at CSU.
Transferred courses from CSU must have a minimum grade of C- (60%) for bachelor-level courses, and B or better for graduate-level courses.
The scholarship applies only to base tuition and does not cover visa fees, books, food, housing, travel, or health insurance.
This scholarship cannot be combined with other merit-based scholarships at CSU.
